YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

The health and safety of our guests has always been our priority. For this reason, to be able to host you at the best, we have adapted to the regulations recommended by the World Health Organization and the DPCM issued by the Italian government.
These measures – which shall be regularly updated based on possible new directives issued by the aforementioned authorities – at the moment include the following:

STAFF TRAINING
All our staff is trained following the WHO and DPCM directives so that they can safely perform the assigned tasks

SAFETY DEVICES
Safety devices such as masks, gloves and hand-sanitizing gel are available to all guests and staff.

TEMPERATURE CHECK
A body temperature detection station are placed at the entrance of every common area for all our guests.

RESTAURANTS AND WINESHOP
We guarantee distancing among tables and advance reservation is recommended to guarantee the tracking of attendance.
In all our restaurants and in the wine shop, the maximum number of people allowed on the premises is indicated at the entrance.

ACTIVITIES
All activities are limited in number to guarantee safety distances.

IL BORGO HOTEL
The property has the advantage of a privileged location, thanks to extensive outdoor areas which have always guaranteed privacy and distancing.

ROOMS AND COMMON AREAS
We have intensify the cleaning and sanitation procedures, with particular attention to most used areas and points.
